Plain-English summary.Don't cheat the platform (multiple accounts, fake follows, scraping), don't manipulate the market (wash trades, spoofing, pump-and-dump), don't attack the system (hacking, DDoS), don't break the law (money laundering, sanctions evasion), and don't harass other users or traders. Violations get warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or termination depending on severity.

  1. // 01

    Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited on KiheiRoad. It supplements the Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of any unpaid rev-share or refunds, and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable. The AUP applies to all users — both followers and listed traders.

  2. // 02

    Prohibited activities — platform integrity

You may not (a) operate multiple accounts to evade caps, manipulate leaderboards, or appear as multiple followers (sybil activity); (b) impersonate another person, account, or trader; (c) submit false or misleading information during account creation, KYC if required, or trader application; (d) attempt to circumvent risk caps, geofencing, or any other platform-level control; (e) reverse engineer, scrape at scale, decompile, or extract proprietary content (signal narratives, leaderboard logic, internal APIs); (f) republish, resell, or distribute KiheiRoad-generated content (signal feeds, narratives, leaderboards) as your own product or service without prior written permission.

  3. // 03

    Prohibited activities — trading conduct

You may not (a) engage in market manipulation including spoofing, layering, wash trading, marking the close, pump-and-dump schemes, or any practice that creates artificial price movement on Hyperliquid; (b) coordinate trades across multiple accounts to manipulate prices, leaderboards, or other users' positions; (c) front-run other users by exploiting your knowledge of pending platform-generated orders; (d) exploit smart contract bugs, oracle errors, or any technical vulnerability affecting Hyperliquid or any related infrastructure; (e) engage in any trading activity that would violate applicable securities, commodities, or financial-market laws in your jurisdiction.

  4. // 04

Prohibited activities — security and abuse

You may not (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, network, or data; (b) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without prior written authorization; (c) introduce malware, exploit code, or any harmful payload to the Service; (d) overload, flood, or otherwise impair the Service through excessive automated requests or denial-of-service attacks; (e) use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or otherwise impair the platform or other users' experience.

  5. // 05

    Prohibited activities — legal compliance

You may not use the Service to (a) launder money or finance terrorism; (b) evade sanctions imposed by the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, United Nations, or any other applicable jurisdiction; (c) engage in tax evasion or any tax-related fraud; (d) violate any law or regulation in your jurisdiction; (e) facilitate any of the above on behalf of another person.

  6. // 06

    Prohibited activities — community conduct

You may not (a) harass, threaten, defame, or stalk any other user, KiheiRoad staff, or listed trader; (b) publish another user's personal information (doxxing); (c) impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; (d) post or share content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights; (e) recruit or solicit users for competing services using KiheiRoad's communication channels.

  7. // 07

    Reporting violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it through the contact form on the landing page with as much detail as possible. We review all reports and act according to severity. Reports made in bad faith — knowingly false reports intended to harm another user or trader — are themselves AUP violations and may result in account action against the reporter.

  8. // 08

    Consequences of violation

We respond to AUP violations on a spectrum based on severity, intent, and impact: (a) WARNING — for minor or first-time issues; (b) FEATURE RESTRICTION — temporary limitation of specific functions; (c) ACCOUNT SUSPENSION — temporary loss of access; (d) ACCOUNT TERMINATION — permanent loss of access, forfeiture of any unsettled fees or rev-share; (e) LEGAL ACTION — civil suit for damages or referral to law enforcement for criminal conduct. We may publish a transparency report describing enforcement statistics in aggregate, without identifying specific users.
