Trader codeof conduct.
Effective · 2026-06-02 · Version 1.0
Plain-English summary. If you list your wallet as a verified KiheiRoad trader, you must trade in good faith. Don't manipulate the market, don't front-run your followers, don't signal-spam for fee volume, don't coordinate with other traders to game the platform, don't harass followers. Behave honestly and we share 10% of every profitable copy-trade your followers run, weekly in USDC. Misbehave and you get delisted with no further rev-share.

Who this applies to
This Trader Code of Conduct ("Code") applies to any individual or entity who has been verified as a Trader on KiheiRoad and whose onchain wallet is listed on the platform leaderboard. By accepting trader listing and the associated rev-share opportunity, you (the "Trader") agree to be bound by this Code in addition to the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
- // 02
Trader-platform relationship
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of KiheiRoad. You make your own trading decisions on your own wallet and bear sole responsibility for the consequences. KiheiRoad observes your wallet activity onchain, narrates it via AI, and offers users the option to mirror your trades. The 10% rev-share is compensation for the public-data observability your listing provides, not for trading services rendered to KiheiRoad or its users.
- // 03
Onboarding requirements
Before listing, you must (a) demonstrate at least six months of verifiable Hyperliquid trading history at a reasonable level of activity; (b) maintain a maximum-drawdown profile within our then-current acceptable threshold (currently ≤35%); (c) accept this Code, the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Risk Disclosure; (d) confirm wallet ownership via a signed message proving control of the listed address; (e) provide a stable communication channel (email or messaging app) for ongoing platform contact; (f) sign the Trader Listing Agreement when presented.
- // 04
Prohibited trader behaviors
You may not (a) engage in any form of market manipulation including but not limited to wash trading, spoofing, layering, marking the close, or coordinated pump-and-dump activity; (b) take any action specifically designed to harm followers, including front-running their copy-trades or routing them into adverse fills; (c) sell, trade against, or otherwise monetize your followers' positions through any side channel; (d) operate undisclosed alternate wallets that trade against the listed wallet or signal-spam from multiple accounts; (e) coordinate with other listed traders to manipulate leaderboards, fee distributions, or any platform mechanic; (f) signal-spam — opening and closing positions with the intent of generating fee volume rather than realized returns.
- // 05
Communication and conduct with followers
You may not (a) solicit followers off-platform in a way that circumvents the KiheiRoad rev-share; (b) misrepresent your performance, methodology, or risk profile in any communication; (c) provide individualized investment advice to specific followers — your interaction is platform-mediated; (d) make guarantees of future performance or imply that returns are predictable; (e) harass, threaten, dox, or defame any follower, other trader, or KiheiRoad staff.
- // 06
Performance transparency
All performance metrics displayed on your listing — profit and loss, win rate, drawdown, Sharpe ratio — are computed live from your public Hyperliquid wallet history by KiheiRoad. You may not (a) request inflated or filtered display of these metrics; (b) request removal of underperforming periods from your historical record; (c) misrepresent these metrics in external communication while citing KiheiRoad as the source; (d) artificially generate trade volume during evaluation windows to skew metrics.
- // 07
Ongoing verification
We monitor listed wallets continuously. Triggers for additional review include: (a) sudden change in strategy or risk profile; (b) maximum drawdown approaching or exceeding the acceptable threshold; (c) follower complaints alleging misconduct; (d) onchain patterns suggesting coordination, manipulation, or wash trading; (e) significant changes in trading volume or position sizing inconsistent with the trader's stated style; (f) extended periods of inactivity (90+ days) which may result in delisting with notice.
- // 08
Removal and delisting
We may remove a trader's listing immediately for severe violations of this Code, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. For non-severe issues we typically (a) issue a written warning; (b) suspend new follower signups while the trader resolves the issue; (c) delist with 7 days' notice if unresolved. Removal results in loss of rev-share earnings for the listing period being delisted; any rev-share already accrued and within the dispute window remains payable. Traders may appeal a delisting decision through the contact form.
- // 09
Rev-share, payments, and taxes
Rev-share is calculated weekly: 10% of every dollar of realized profit from each follower copying your trades, paid in USDC to a wallet of your choice. No rev-share is owed for losing trades, refunded trades, or trades cancelled during the dispute window. Payments are non-recoverable once settled. You are solely responsible for tax obligations in your jurisdiction; KiheiRoad does not issue tax forms. We may withhold payments where required by law (for example, on suspected sanctions or AML matches).
- // 10
Confidentiality and platform information
Information you receive from KiheiRoad about your followers (aggregate counts, anonymized P&L attribution, etc.) is confidential and may not be shared externally or used to solicit followers off-platform. You may publicly disclose your own trading activity and performance; you may not disclose follower-specific data.
- // 11
Modification and contact
We may modify this Code from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to listed traders at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued listing after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions about this Code should be submitted through the contact form on the landing page.
